CYBS Play Up Request Form

CYBS will respond to your request with in 48 hours. All Requests Submitted will be evaluated by CYBS to determine qualifications. All Players Approved to be eligable for a "Play Up" Tryout will be notified via email. It is REQUIRED that all Players MUST attend the Tryout to be evalutated for Playing Up to the next level. Any Player who fails to attend the REQUIRED Tryout will not be eligable to "Play Up". There are no Make Up Tryouts Available for any who get approved to Tryout. Be sure to provide your child's Name, Age, Level to "Play Up', and any reasons why you feel your child is able to "Play Up". Provide the prior leagues or teams your child played for, amount of years or seasons, etc... Tryouts to "Play Up" has not been determined and will be scheduled after 2026 Spring Sign Ups are Completed.
