CYBS will respond to your Complaint with in 48 hours, if needed.All Umpire Complaints Submitted will remain confidential with CYBS to protect any involved as we investigate. Please know you will not need to worry about any issues with your right to make an official complaint about any of CYBS' Umpire Crews.Be sure to provide all important details, that supports your Complaint.DO Not Submit any photos, videos, audio, emails, text messages, or any other important media or digital info that supports your complaint at this time.All important digital info, pictures, videos, audio, etc. will be obtained from you via a secure server upload page when we request you to provide CYBS with said details that supports your Complaint.Thank you for making your umpire complaint with CYBS.
