CYBS Player Fall Camp Registration Page
The form will NOT Submit without making Zelle payment first, then entering the required payment details.
Make sure to provide a shirt size that is not too small, there will be no exchanging shirts for different sizes.
Shirts are available in both YOUTH (YXS / YS / YM / YL) and ADULT (AS / AM / AL / AXL / A2X / A3X) Sizes.
To complete form, make sure all required input fields have info. If no info is available, make sure to enter "NA" or "na" for "not available". Any required fields will generate a form error and not allow completion until resolved.
